Send reports to

[email protected]

Monitored daily. We aim to acknowledge every report within 24 hours and to act on confirmed abuse within 48 hours of acknowledgement. Reports of active attacks, phishing and child sexual abuse material are handled ahead of everything else.

What to include

We can only act on a report we can tie to a specific machine at a specific moment. The more of the following you send, the faster that happens.

  • The IP address involved, exactly as you observed it.
  • Timestamps with a timezone or UTC offset. This is the single most common thing missing from reports, and without it we cannot match the activity to an account with any confidence. "14:32" is not enough; "2026-08-19 14:32:07 UTC" is.
  • Evidence. Log excerpts, full email headers, packet samples, or a URL. Please paste text inline rather than attaching archives.
  • The kind of abuse: spam, port scanning, denial of service, phishing, copyright, or something else.
  • A contact address we can reply to if we need more detail.

What happens next

We identify the machine, review the evidence, and contact the customer with a deadline to resolve it. Where the activity is ongoing and causing harm, we suspend first and discuss afterwards.

Depending on severity and history, the outcome is a warning, suspension, or termination of the account. We will confirm to you that a report was actioned. We will not share customer details with you. Those go to law enforcement through the process below, not to reporters.

Privacy is not immunity

We deliberately collect very little about our customers, and we do not require identity documents. That is a position about surveillance, not about consequences: an account we cannot name is still an account we can suspend, and we do.

Anything prohibited under our Terms of Service is grounds for action regardless of who is behind it.

Law enforcement and legal requests

Send these to the same address, from an official domain, with the legal basis stated. We operate in Germany and respond to lawful requests from German authorities and to valid requests made through mutual legal assistance.

We can only ever provide what we hold, which is set out honestly in our Privacy Policy. Requests for data we do not retain will be answered saying so.

Not for support

If you are a customer with a question about your own service, please open a ticket from your dashboard instead. Support requests sent to the abuse address are answered more slowly, because that inbox is triaged for incidents rather than questions.
